10 Things Hazardous To Health

1.     Exposure to Radiation- Non-ionizing radiation and Ionizing radiation i.e. Microwaves, mobile phones, cordless telephones, high tension wires, radio transmitters and cell sites, ultraviolet lights, x-rays, mammograms, CT Scans & radiation therapy.

2.     Foods considered “unclean” by God written in the Bible: fish without fins and scales like hito, etc. which are usually high in toxins and other contaminants; bottom dweller seafoods like crabs, oysters, shrimps, squids, lobsters, prawns, etc. which is strongly associated with hepatitis A, neurologic illness and heavy metal toxicity are related to these foods; and pork and pork products like bacon, longganisa, tocino, ham – Pork fat is a carrier of viruses and parasites like tapeworm, trichinella, tinea solium.

3.     Exposure to chemicals: pesticides, herbicides and other pollutants.

4.     Trans fats - like margarine is strongly associated with cancer (lungs and reproductive organs), heart disease, atherosclerosis, and accelerated aging.

5.     Polyunsaturated fats like corn oil, canola, sunflower and soya oils – it causes high levels of omega-6 fatty acids together with consumption of animals on commercial feeds. Omega-6 fatty acids excess can contribute to cancer, autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases, hypertension, etc.

6.     MSG - aka vetsin or monosodium glutamate is associated with cancer (brain), obesity, migraines and headaches, autism, ADHD and even Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative brain diseases.

7.     Aspartame/high fructose sweetener - this imitation sweetener in diet foods and beverages is associated with brain cancer, and neurodegenerative brain diseases such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, ALS, and Alzheimer's disease.

8.     Pesticides - found in pesticide-treated foods are associated with benign and malignant tumors, genetic changes, birth defects, blood disorders, nerve disorders, endocrine disruption and birth defects.

9.     Artificial Flavorings and Colors - associated with various types of cancers, especially when consumed in large amounts in a diet of junk food.

10.   Refined Carbohydrates – white or brown sugar, corn syrup, polished rice & white flour are devoid of nutrients and are often associated with cancer.
