In the application form, it says P175.00. I gave a 500 peso bill and got only P60.00 change. Whoah how come! I looked at the receipt and saw there P15.00 for lamination fee, another P30.00 for certificate fee and a processing fee worth P100.00 amounting to P320.00 all in all. Then why only P60.00? My change should be P180.00. So there's P120.00 missing. Hehe :) She said something but I didn't clearly hear what she said. I just ignore it. Maybe the P120.00 is for the postal stamps. Just wondering why its not included in the receipt. :)
